As each piece is made to order, please allow a little time for production before your item is shipped.

Generally, orders within the UK and EU arrive within 1–2 weeks, and orders to the US within 2–3 weeks.

As our totes and prints are produced in separate locations, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once each item has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.

Return policy

All Totes Art products are made to order, and as such, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, in accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at ... within this period. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Totes Art is a small independent project, and each item is produced with care. Thank you for understanding and supporting this work.

Every Totes Art item is made to order using the latest print and production technologies. Each tote and fine art print is produced individually when you purchase, ensuring minimal waste and the highest possible quality.

All products are printed and fulfilled in the UK, allowing each order to be made with care and shipped directly to you.
